The former fiancée of Rob Kardashian, Blac Chyna, has sued the prominent Kardashian family, specifically Kim, Khloe, Kylie, and Kris Jenner, for over $100 million dollars.
Chyna is seeking compensation for economic damages and emotional stress. The influencer claims that the family ruined her reality TV career, resulting in a loss of potential revenue.

Blac Chyna is also suing Rob, with whom she shares a 5-year-old daughter named Dream, but the judge chose to separate those allegations to a different trial.
Kardashians Fight to Have the Case Dismissed
The latest update of the trial comes from the Kardashians in a motion seeking dismissal.
The family’s attorney, Michael G. Rhodes, filed the motion this past week citing a lack of documentary evidence.
Rhodes is quoted saying, “Any attempt to assign economic damages by the jury would be impermissibly speculative”. He also states that Blac Chyna’s “unsupported and wildly speculative claims for damages must not be allowed to go to the jury”.

The lawsuit stems from the cancellation of the Reality show “Rob & Chyna”. The show aired for one season but was canceled during the filming of season two.
Blac Chyna accuses the Kardashian family of having the show canceled and claims that Rob Kardashian was abusive during the couple’s relationship.
She sued the family in 2017 for a number of claims including defamation, assault, and interference with prospective economic relations.

However, the family claims that Chyna was actually the abusive one, having attacked Rob in 2016. Kris Jenner goes so far as to claim Chyna was planning to murder her son.
The trial brought to light the details of the 2016 fight between the couple where Blac Chyna wrapped a cord around Rob’s neck and held an unloaded gun to his head. Chyna claims that the actions were a “joke”, but the family believes she had sinister intentions.
Executives from E!, the network which aired “Rob & Chyna”, testified saying the show was canceled due to the couple’s break up and no other reason.

The fiancés had apparently broken their engagement and were so volatile with each other that they refused to be in the same room, making the continuation of the show impossible.
Blac Chyna Reveals Shocking Information About Her Finances
As for the alleged loss of income from the cancellation of the show, Rhodes says that Chyna has not offered any evidence or “specific facts” about her economic damages.
In fact, the court was shocked to discover that Blac Chyna admitted to not having paid taxes since 2018. She also testified in court that she doesn’t have a bank account.
While Chyna claims to have made $2 million per year in 2020, 2019, and 2018, her last personal filing occurred in 2015.

Chyna conceded during examination by Rhodes that she makes millions of dollars a year from brand deals, celebrity appearances, and OnlyFans.
The trial has certainly unearthed nasty facts about Blac Chyna’s relationship with Rob and the rest of the Kardashian family, and we’re all anxious to see what other drama ensues as it comes to a close.
